My name is Andre Levi Parker Jr., born on May 19th, 1985, in Wilmington, NC. At the age of 7, I moved to Jacksonville, NC, where my passion for cooking was ignited by the culinary skills of my grandmother and mother. Since the age of 11, I have been honing my cooking abilities, and for over a decade, I have been working in various culinary settings.

Graduating from Jacksonville High School in 2005, I embarked on a journey to pursue my culinary dreams, starting from small kitchens and gradually progressing to larger ones. Currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef at Flavor Hills in Jacksonville, NC, I am dedicated to continuous growth and strive to excel as a leader in the culinary world.
