I am currently serving as the Assistant Front of House Manager of Our Jacksonville, NC location. I've been immersed in the world of management since 2011.  Originally from the Garden State, I proudly claim North Carolina as my new home!  With a passion for customer service and customer experience, I thrive on ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. My dedication extends to the growth and development of our team members through effective communication, training and development. Balancing work and family, I'm also pursuing my Associate's Degree in Business Management, aiming to elevate my career in this industry. Outside of work and studies, I cherish precious moments with my three-year-old daughter, who constantly reminds me of the importance of patience, empathy, and resilience.
