My name is Jason Lane Stevens. I was born in Greensboro North Carolina in 1978. I have worked in the restaurant industry since I was 15 years old. I moved from Greensboro to Greenville in 1996 where I attended ECU. I found my passion for restaurants while working my way through college. I spent 15 years in the corporate restaurant world, finishing the last 5 years owning and operating my own restaurant.
After leaving corporate life I moved to Wilmington in 2011 where I took over operations of a small bar and grill near UNCW. I ran that for about 3 years, then sold my interests in that and pursued a different path as the GM for a fondue restaurant for the following 3 years. I moved to Jacksonville in 2017, and have been here ever since. I joined the Flavor Hills team shortly after the Grand Opening in 2021. With over 25 years in the industry, I've been pleased to be a part of the success of the Flavor Hills team.
