Chief Leadership Officer | Eric L. Johnson II

Eric Johnson is a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success. Originally from Fayetteville, North Carolina, Eric graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a degree in Robotics and Control Systems Engineering and proudly served as a United States Marine Corps Veteran Captain.

During his military career, Eric demonstrated exceptional leadership as a Combat Engineer Officer, leading hundreds of Marines in various environments, from peacetime operations to combat deployments. His outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to connect with his team were evident in every mission. Later, as a Headquarters and Service Company Commander, Eric led a diverse team of over 340 Marines with more than 40 different job responsibilities, showcasing his ability to manage complex organizations and inspire high levels of performance.

Beyond his military service, Eric is a certified John Maxwell Leadership Team Member, leveraging his expertise in leadership, mental growth, emotional intelligence, and team building to help individuals and organizations excel. He is deeply committed to driving positive change and firmly believes in the importance of tackling challenges head-on.
