Saabir "Shob" Adams is a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success. Originally from Newark, New Jersey, Saabir embarked on a transformative journey by enlisting in the U.S. Marine Corps after high school and a brief period in college, proudly serving and achieving the rank of Sergeant, subsequently being selected for promotion to Staff Sergeant.

During his distinguished 10-year military career, Saabir demonstrated exceptional leadership as an Infantry Squad Leader and Primary Marksmanship Instructor, where he led and mentored hundreds of Marines across diverse environments, from intense training operations to high-pressure missions. His outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to connect with his team were evident at every level, showcasing his capacity to inspire and drive high performance within his ranks.Later, as a Career Planner, Saabir navigated complex personnel challenges and played a crucial role in shaping the careers of Marines, further solidifying his reputation for strategic thinking and organizational management. His completion of advanced training programs, including the Combat Lifesaver Course and Leadership Development Course, has enriched his leadership capabilities and bolstered his commitment to fostering growth in others.

Outside of work, Saabir is a devoted father to three incredible children, whose boundless energy and curiosity serve as a constant source of motivation for him. Their drive instills in him a deep appreciation for growth, resilience, and the importance of a strong support system, values he carries into all aspects of his life.
